Danitza Gil

Danitza Gil is a Junior Researcher at the Center for Sociological, Economic, Political and Anthropological Research (CISEPA). She holds a degree in Sociology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and is a former scholarship awardee of the National Scholarship and Educational Credit Program (PRONABEC). She has worked on research projects addressing conservation, power and knowledge in the Peruvian Amazon and is currently researching climate justice and Indigenous Peoples perspectives in an action-research project supported by the International Development Research Center (IDRC). Her research explores the intersections between culture, politics and territory in Latin America.

Francisca Carril

Francisca Carril is a sociologist with a Master's degree in Social Research Methods. She works as a research assistant in the Line of Recognition Policies, State Practices, and Interculturality at the Center for Intercultural and Indigenous Studies (CIIR). She is also a member of the Interline Working Group on Indigenous Peoples, Climate Change, and Public Policies. Her interests lie in intercultural public policies, participatory processes and methods, and climate justice.
