Bachelor in International Business from San Ignacio de Loyola University, with experience in Research Administrative Management. Since 2014 he has been working as Project Management and Monitoring Assistant at CISEPA, taking over as Coordinator in charge in 2022.
He is currently in charge of the administrative and logistical management of an average of 30 projects in the areas of anthropology, sociology, environmental impact, economics and political science.

Fernanda Kalena is the Climate Adaptation Network Manager at The Nature Conservancy. She holds an MBA in Social Responsibility and Third Sector from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a bachelor's degree in journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). She also has specializations in promotion of social participation, organizational communication, leadership development and diversity and marketing.
Prior to TNC, Fernanda worked as Regional Manager of Communications, Knowledge Management and Youth at the South American Secretariat of ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability. She has nine years of experience in non-profit organizations and five years of experience in the main Brazilian media.
