Fernanda Kalena is the Climate Adaptation Network Manager at The Nature Conservancy. She holds an MBA in Social Responsibility and Third Sector from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a bachelor's degree in journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). She also has specializations in promotion of social participation, organizational communication, leadership development and diversity and marketing.
Prior to TNC, Fernanda worked as Regional Manager of Communications, Knowledge Management and Youth at the South American Secretariat of ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability. She has nine years of experience in non-profit organizations and five years of experience in the main Brazilian media.
